- All journeys will be made under contract prepared before
departure.
- Transportation of clients will comply with Road and Traffic
Authority laws and Ministry of Transport regulations governing
safety for long distance passenger transportation, as set
out in state passenger transport legislation.
- Major journey or expedition contracts
may require an initial deposit, and partial payments throughout
the life of the contract.
- Contracts will be paid in full by E.F.T., credit card,
or cash, immediately upon completion (unless an account
is established previously). This condition will be expressed
in the contract.
